Returns/Exchanges


At Patrick Oneil Grooming, we love when you’re pleased. We stand behind our grooming products, and we want to make sure you’re always satisfied.  If for any reason you need to return your product, our team will make your return process easy and seamless.  All you have to do is return the items within 30 days of your purchase date. Only products purchased on www.patrickoneilgrooming.com may be returned for a full refund in that 30-day period.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  • Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.
  • Contact our Returns Department at (704) 997-5095 to obtain your MRA Merchandise Return Authorization).
  • Please complete MRA form with your name, address, phone number and merchandise return authorization. Products cannot be returned without this number.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

If the returned product is received within 30 days, we will credit your account for the price of the returned items. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process the return. Regrettably, we do not offer free returns. Therefore, the customer will be responsible for return charges and for lost shipments.

Only items purchased on www.patrickoneilgrooming.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned there, please find their return policies on their websites.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below. 
• We only accept exchanges on items purchased on www.patrickoneilgrooming.com up to 30 days after the original purchase.  
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.  
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.  
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.  Please contact customer service with any questions by email at info@patrickoneilgrooming.com or phone at (704) 997-5095 and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
